A Rebel Wind Poetry Uprising!

I’m excited to be featuring at the Rebel Wind Poetry Uprising held at my favorite breakfast spot in Media, Bittersweet Kitchen. This event on January 26th at 7pm is hosted by Terry Rumsey who will also be reading. Come early to sign up for the open mic. Seating is limited. There will be coffee, tea, cake, hot cider and other goods available for sale. There is no fee to get in so please support this business. They do amazing work in our community.

I will also have my books for sale and if you purchase Toni’s Room in advance, I’d be honored to sign it for you. I hope to see you on the 26th!

Friends and fans of poetry! Our next First Wednesday poetry reading, at 7:00 p.m. on April 6, will feature two wonderful poets: Tonita Austin, aka Toni Love, and James Feichthaler!





The reading will take place in the Ballroom, *upstairs* at the Community Arts Center, 414 Plush Mill Rd., Wallingford, PA. If anyone has questions or needs info about the CAC elevator, contact series host Sibelan Forrester at <sforres1@swarthmore.edu> or leave voicemail at (610) 328-8162.

You are cordially invited to my “Toni’s Room” book signing and open mic birthday party on August 24th in Philadelphia PA at the 4050 Gallery!


The gallery is located at 4050 Haverford Avenue.


The open mic list starts at 6:30 to 7 p.m.


The open mic will start at 8 after the Toni’s Room reading. I’m excited to have Sisters Laying Down Hands to accompany me and bring the vibe and the ancestors into the room.


This is presented by Music and Art for the Soul, a Carolee Production. I’m so excited to to share this moment and celebrate with my friends fans and all my loved ones. The cost at the door is just $5, we’ll have cake and beverages and lots of great music and fun. Books can be purchased in advance of the signing on Amazon or on my Toni Love site . I’m so excited about being asked to co-feature at Heard it Through the Grapevine with Maryland poets Analysis and Mosaic on January 31st at A Poet’s Art Gallery at 4033 Girard Avenue in Philadelphia! The night will include wine tastings and love poems and the cozy art gallery will be sure to fill up quickly, so get your tickets early. I will have Toni Love t-shirts for sale to find my first CD, so please come and support me if you’re in the area. Love is the answer!
